Know Thine Enemy
Part 3 of 3

We were just young, innocent little cherubs who were habitually harassed by our parents whenever we ran a fever or got otherwise sick. In those days parents didn't run to the doctor's office every time these minor ailments reared their ugly heads. Two reasons. The ethnics of yesteryear couldn't afford a doctor and secondly they had all the old country remedies at their fingertips. In this case you were a recipient of either an enema, castor oil or both. We were afforded the privilege of sucking on an orange after each table spoon of castor oil in order to blunt that horrible taste. Believe me, it took many years before I could even look at an orange. Thus, getting sick was no picnic but through it all we knew that our parents loved us.

There are elements in our society today who are making us sick and spoon feeding us a medication called political correctness. This is not being done because they love us but because they hate us. This hatred is real and congenital. They are in the throes of an ideological psychosis. The innate dislike for the capitalist and free enterprise system is come by naturally since these basic political commodities stand in the way of their group goal for centralized federal control and authority and their individual lust for power.

Since the first two parts of these narratives pertained to political correctness and its ancillaries, sensitivity training, affirmative action, multiculturism and diversity, the time is ripe for an overview depicting some degree of consolidation.

The principal aim of political correctness has been to attack by altering the face of America. To start, you go for the jugular, that is, you aim for the ethical core of a nation by first demeaning its religions. In doing so, it is an easy step to dilute its values and lower its standards. When we chased God out of the classroom we created a vacuum. As time passes, the domino effect becomes more and more an effective ingredient as it topples the building blocks of a culture. Not only from the standpoint of individual behavior but institutional as well. Morality is the base line which sets the tone for separating a civil society from its savage instincts.

Our local Socialist/Communist/Democratists have many more followers percentage-wise than the Bolsheviks had when they took over Russia. The strategy here is different in that it is of an evolutionary nature. It has to be since Americans would have a great deal to lose whereas those following the Bolsheviks had nothing to lose. So they thought. Do not become too complacent. There are over 50 members of our House of Representatives who are listed as members of the Democratic Socialists of America.

So up to now what has the onslaught of PC done to our attitudes and to our general thought framework in a free society? The following litany could be a reminder and we'll start with industry. Corporate standards have diminished to the extent that customer care departments are being manned by people who either find it difficult to speak English or whose accents are thick enough to slice. They are not understandable. To continue rubbing the grain the wrong way, try finding English in the maze of packaged directions in your appliance box. You come to feel that there are more languages in the literature than Bayer's got aspirin. Along the same track we are now hyphenated-Americans. We are African-Americans, Native-Americans, Mexican-Americans and you name it. Being just Americans is not good enough. We are multi-cultured, we are diverse, we are everything except proud Americans. The melting pot has boiled over.

In another vein, we have on the United States Supreme Court Justice Steven Breyer who has admitted and believes that International Law should be the basis for his making decisions on any case before him and that our Constitution is secondary. A complete breach of his sworn duty. Five Justices have opened the door to claiming that governments may freely confiscate private property, exercise the power of eminent domain and subjugate the rights of property owners to commercial endeavors. Our Constitution is now in hiding and a tainted United States Supreme Court is making sure that it stays there.

Amongst the common folks, the person on the street, the proletariat, it is now easy conversation to hear the mantra of "soaking the rich" along with the we-they syndrome directed to dividing Americans. These, of course, are coming from the mouths of babes who have no clue as to what they're saying and what it means. Bolshevikism feeds and depends on this in its quest to weaken the resolve of a nation. The mantra of taxing the rich is a socialist tenet and foundation for the justification of the socialist/communist world. Those who have nothing to offer society but the philosophy of atheism, secularism and godlessness are sterile souls and to harbor the thought of re-education brings one to realizing that at this stage in time it would be like trying to anchor your feet in mid-air. There is nothing substantive to grasp.

Our society shows many faces now which were not a part of our culture.. It is now chic to wish Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. In schools and elsewhere there seems to be a reluctance to admit that Christmas is because of Christ. What a horrible thought. Further denigration is found when you see that it is not unusual for the villain in a TV or movie drama to be wearing a Cross. Excessive profanity in the field of entertainment and in the school house are considered badges of honor. The stomped on standards would indicate that we have become crude and are now devoid of shame or self respect in the arena of just daily living. On TV the other night a sweet young thing remarked in the middle of her interview that "me and my boyfriend Joe are having our first child." This is our new standard. This is what we call CLASS. We have a sense of decency and morality being quashed and when you can alter the face of a nation you can scar its soul.

Political correctness is not a stranger to the improbable. One of the most perverse, unfortunate pieces of legislation to ever emanate from the hallowed halls of the Congress was when the decision was made that all families of the victims of 9/11 would receive hundreds of thousands of dollars each for their suffering. Most members of the Congress couldn't wait to ride that band wagon. Our hearts and prayers were with the victims and their families but the historical and dynamic significance of this legislation will come back to haunt us. From January 7, 1946 to December 30, 2000 we have had 96 atrocities throughout the world murdering approximately 752 Americans. I don't recall one nickel going to the families of these victims. Tomorrow holds more terrorist activity so what about the future families? What about the families of our soldiers who made and are making the supreme sacrifice?

On the international front our soldiers are being undercut and neutralized by a fifth column which claims patriotism. The greatest damage is being done by the likes of the Bill Clintons who speak to groups overseas, groveling in typical Bill Clinton fashion, and relating to all within earshot that everything transpiring is our fault. Aiding and abetting the enemy couldn't be made any clearer. Just as the Vietnamese were heartened and emboldened by our loose cannons of that day so the terrorists continue to fight knowing that we have these traitors in our midst and on their side. It is one thing to be blessed by living in a free country but we have forgotten that liberty and freedom without accountability is anarchy. If we're ever going to cleanse our nation of this rabble it's time for the castor oil.

Rush Limbaugh said it best when he stated that it's now time to remember who we are and in what we believe. He wrote, "We conservatives are unapologetic about our ideals. We are confident in our principles and energetic about openly advancing them. We believe in individual liberty, limited government, capitalism, the rule of law, faith, a color blind society and national security. We support school choice, enterprise zones, tax cuts, welfare reform, faith-based initiatives, political speech, homeowner rights and the war on terrorism. And at our core, we embrace and celebrate the most magnificent governing document ever ratified by any nation the United States Constitution."
