The law is being manipulated by the minority interests we voted in under false party names on all sides of the aisle and issues. The majority is frustrated to the point of either the brink of violence or the brink of tuning completely out because they feel they have no power . . .

Before you choose either of those remedies, think on three American issues at the core of the rapid changes in America. These core issues deteriorated over time without correction, thus allowing the nightmare we are living to unfold. Ask yourself, why not me? – To get your community active in being engaged in the war we are involved in right here on our own soil. These three areas of Constitutional Law, our suffering Military, and our Faith are the three areas that could turn the tide of our internal war should all conservative minded Americans become engaged in this war.

1. The Congress, Administration, and Judiciary are not upholding their oaths of office / are not upholding the Constitution of the United States of America, or her laws . . .
SO, in effect, there is no longer a U. S. Constitution or law based on equal justice. The enemy within knows it, why don’t we? Please don’t give me any business about we know better, because who is winning and who is losing this internal war? It has long been said that “all is fair in love and war”, yet we continue to pretend our values, honor, and sense of fair play will win the day from the comfort of our couches, while the enemy within is taking our republic and successfully dismantling it piece by piece, law by law, and value by value. You cannot reinstate the actual U. S. Constitution and just U. S. Laws until you regain the republic.

The law of the land has already been morphed into a new system that is not based on Judeo-Christian values and morality. The new system is based on inequality in justice, and in deception. For the American who still holds to the precepts of equality, honor and justice, he finds himself overwhelmed by the enemy in whom he has erroneously entrusted his life, liberty, and property.
Our courts are using case law instead of Constitutional law. By using case law, court cases are manipulated by controlled evidence. Controlled by whom? Follow the money folks. Further, when one used Constitutional law, the target was firmly in view for all to see. When using case law, the target is a constantly moving one which can be tainted by as many badly ruled cases as one can imagine.

2. We send our Marines, Navy, Air Force, and Army out to win wars by using appeasement rules of engagement. General MacArthur basically and correctly said, ‘if you don’t win – you lose’. Via our appeasement rules of engagement: a. There can be no moral or physical victory for the U.S.A.
b. We are doomed to be considered ridiculous by our enemies.
c. We doom our military to high death percentages. If we were to use the full intelligence and might of our military, not only do less of our young warriors die, but less of the enemy and less of the innocent die. Why not chose this?

3. Why would our government discourage the Christianity of our forefathers, and encourage other religions over Christianity? Let us look at the end results of Christianity on the American family and law with our minds (not our hearts and souls) for a moment: a. Medical science has proven the power of Christian prayer and faith in healing.
b. Children from Christian schools have a better foundation for college and life as adults.
c. Children from Christian schools have a lower drop-out rate, and a lower crime rate.
d. A return to the Christian values of our grandparents would lead to more committed marriages.
e. What exactly is wrong with the Ten Commandments? All the fad religions claim that all the religions in America are worshiping the same God which covers much more people than the 75% to 85% Christian population. What remains are those who have no God . . . logically thinking, Christianity should make no difference in the lives of atheists.

The Ten Commandments: No other gods, no graven images, do not take God’s name in vain, remember the Sabbath (day of rest), honor your parents, do not kill, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness against your neighbor, do not covet another person’s wife or their property.

There is nothing in these laws that will harm anyone in any way. Those who would be against these laws would be those who would want to do something that would harm someone else. Our threatened American laws are made in the image of Commandments six through ten. Logically, there is no more appropriate place for these laws to be seen than where we conduct the judging of those who have broken our laws.

It seems painfully obvious that those who want the Ten Commandments removed are those who want to openly change the laws primarily concerning your unalienable rights such as your right to your life, your liberty, and your property. We must never let this happen. The United States of America must once again become the beacon of liberty and hope for the world, or the world will fall into a dark and evil place in which those of honor and virtue will necessarily have to hide from those with evil agendas. It is time to stop naming these agendas as alternate ideas to be embraced with tolerance. Evil exists, and it is time for the American citizens to recognize evil when they are faced with it.

We are living in a time when a fine American, General Stanley A. McChrystal, sacrificed his career to get a message to the American people. That message is plainly that our government is not acting in the best interests of American citizens – including the interests of the men and women of our Armed Forces.

From our domestic situation of our bleeding military, to our bleeding schools, to our unjust courts, to our bleeding borders, to our fad Christianity - quickly fading to no Christianity, the enemy within is defeating us this very moment in time. Ask yourself, why not me? – and get engaged in this moment in time to rally your community of honest, hard-working, family-loving American citizens. If we bring our American citizens back to the founding basics of these three issues, other pertinent American issues will necessarily correct also.

Juanita has forty five years experience as an Accountant. During her last twenty eight years she specialized in the start up phase and / or the recovery phase of businesses from two million in revenue per year, to fifteen million per year. Her sphere of successful influence ranges from accounting, to operations, to the backroom marketing effort. Streamlining and organizing out of control businesses is serious fun for her.

The art of raising a family while working was of supreme importance to her; and she chose a route of self-education coupled with some college. Much of her college dollar was spent on enhancing natural management skills and writing skills.
