More important than that right . . . I have a right to my God given life

You are suddenly awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of glass shattering.

Your daughter is asleep in her room down the hall.

Is that the sound of the back door dead bolt sliding into "open?"

O M G !!!

As you get out of bed you grab your gun from your nightstand.

You click off the safety. Oh Lord that was so loud!

Your heart is pounding in your whole body.

As quietly as humanly possible, you pull back the slide to engage the first bullet into place.

You open your bedroom door as quietly as humanly possible.

You see a stranger entering your daughter's bedroom.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

The stranger is dead.

Your daughter is alive.

You are alive.

Unless you listened to Vice President Biden,

or several men and women in Congress,

in which case you did one of these . . .

Go on the balcony and fire two shots;

Throw Up;

Pee Yourself;

Blow Your whistle;

Have a conversation . . .

While the stranger rushes you,

rapes and kills you and your daughter.

I have a God given right to bear arms against a tyrannical government.

More important than that right . . .

I have a right to my God given life -

which includes my right to defend myself and my family!

NO MERE mortal has the right to take my God given rights away from me.
