Most Americans do not understand what our country and the world is truly facing.  It's time we became fanatics about terrorism.  Terrorists are here there and everywhere.

Who are the terrorists?  Al-Qaeda and Hezbollah are just two names that are familiar to most people.  There are many other terrorists’ organizations and groups that are at war against people in many countries.  Terrorists are the embodiment of hate.  Their goals are to conquer and destroy.

Radical Islam wreaks havoc by murdering and instituting their tyrannical rule wherever they dwell.  Contrary to the appeasers and naysayers around the world, America and Israel had nothing to do with the birth of this depravity.

There comes a time when those in this country--and abroad--who believe that talking to terrorists and hoping that they will contain themselves must simply face the truth: Islamofacism; terrorism; radical Islam; whatever you choose to call it, must be defeated to the point of complete annihilation.

Terrorists are not “freedom fighters;” Nor are they soldiers.  Soldiers do not strap bombs on their bodies and blow themselves up while murdering others.  Islamic terrorists have wanted death for all non-Islamists from the very beginnings of their concept of faith.  Terrorists kill Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, atheists and all others who are not of their belief.  Terrorists have no interest in peace.

Fundamentalist Islamic beliefs go back all the way to Taqi al-Din ibn Taymiyya, born in 1269 AD.  A jihad (holy war) is waged against transgressors of the word of Allah as conveyed by the Prophet Mohammed.

The fascist’s Islamic cry is for a jihad which supports the “five pillars” of Islamic prayer.  "No God but Allah and Mohammed is his Prophet" is the pillar of Muslim belief.  For Islamic terrorists that have no concept of another’s religious beliefs, it becomes nearly impossible to even consider negotiating a peace; for how can there ever be a real peace when terrorists have no interest in tolerance of other faiths?  Israel is a glaring example of this fact.

Israel has been fighting these terrorists for decades.  Israel's plight is an open window that shows what the entire world is facing today.  Peace talks do not work with radicals seeking to overthrow the social order of the entire world.  More than fifty years of peace talks have resulted in the full scale war that Israel is now fighting.

The following is an editorial from The Washington Times:

America and the rest of the civilized world need to face up to the job that must be taken on and completed.  We are fighting a global war on terror that began long ago, and it is a war of pure evil.  The only way to fight evil is with determined force coupled with a certainty of purpose and belief that crushes evil--in this case, terrorism--out of existence.

Since 9/11, President Bush has understood the war on terror.  He has put America on a war footing so we do not only become the victims of terrorism again, but hunt down terrorism wherever it thrives.

As Bush has stated time and again, this is a fight that will exceed his term(s) in office, and possibly, span generations.

In the meantime, the world has to deal with terrorism. And the sooner it comes to grips with that fact, the better off all will be.  Terrorism knows no boundaries, law, or moral authority save that of Islamofascism.

Until the world eradicates terrorism as it did the black plague, terrorism will be here, there and everywhere.
