So much for the Mayan Calendar. Now lets see the real world from the mind of an 1143 AD Irish Saint

Did you ever read “The Prophecies of St. Malachy?” His prophecies were published by Colin Smythe, Ltd. of Buckinghamshire, UK in 1969. Malachy “prophesied’ the reigns of Popes from his time of 1143 AD to the end of his list - the next Pope!

The Prophecies of Irish St Malachy listed brief descriptions of the reigns of Popes from his time of 1143 AD to the end of his list (he didn’t name the Popes or predict the end of his list as the end of time - nor do I).

He recorded interestingly accurate 1 to 5 word ID’s of each succeeding Pope. E.g, Pope John Paul I was called 900 years ago “of the half moon” – John Paul I lived 2 weeks after his coronation - followed by the election of John Paul II. The current Pope is referred to as “Glory of the Olive.” The Olivetans are also known as the Benedictines – his name Benedict XVI. The next and last in line is (direct quote) “Petrus Romanus” - “Peter the Roman” who in the final persecution will feed his flock among many tribulations; after which the seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people.”

The list ends there, just like the Mayan calendar but not the Islamic promise to “lay waste to the world and all that is in it” – should they get their “hundredth egg.” They've already destroyed Hindu and Buddhist shrines, rocket and suicide bombed Israel for years, knocked down the Twin Towers, burned dozens of churches in Africa and slaughtered not only Christians, but Muslim worshipers they disagree with. They are even talking about destroying the Sphinx and the pyramids now that they control Egypt thanks to our blood and treasure. Could the "seven-hilled city" be exempt from this Luciferian madness?

I just wish St. Malachy could have added a few more Popes to his list of prophecies!

What is that old saying? “May you live in interesting times?”
