Ann's new book and my new book
Ann Coulter’s new book, Godless: The Church of Liberalism, is a vital tonic to the modern rites of an old and malicious faith. Although her expose of relatives of tragedy parlaying the death of their relations into sacrosanct Leftist lies has stirred the most controversy (why is it that only the irascible, radical mother of soldier Sheehan has something useful to say about his death in a volunteer army?), the most touching and most horrifying example in Ann’s new book is how the Leftist ceremony of abortion is a form of virgin sacrifice to a godless god.
As a longtime fan of Ann’s books - I wrote three different articles defending her from conservatives who snipped at Treason three years ago – “Firing Blanks at Coulter,” “O’Reilly v. Coulter,” and “Horowitz v. Coulter” - I hope that this champion of unapologetic conservatism does not take umbrage at the suggestion that my new book, Sinisterism: Secular Religion of the Lie complements many of Ann’s arguments.
Ann talks of today with the same precision that the American military uses to take our al-Qaeda terrorist leaders in Iraq. I talk of yesterday and our we were misguided into believing that there is an ideological spectrum, while stated simply, there is no “Right” at all, but only three groups of people: (1) overt Leftists, who revel in Marx and Mao; (2) incognito Leftists like Mussolini, Hitler, Peron, Batista and Oswald Mosley who sometimes parade themselves as mortal enemies of Marxism, but who are Leftists themselves and use their masquerade to gain power, which is all Leftism treasures; and then there are (3) normal people, which means people who want to conserve the values of life, of family and of faith.
Just as there is no “Right,” there is no “political spectrum.” Hitler believed what Mao believed; Mao believed what Mussolini believed; Howard Dean believes what Stalin believed; Castro believes what Juan Peron believed; Kim Jong Il believes what Oswald Mosley believed – all are the same: they reject God; they reject the very notion of a Blessed Creator; they reject truth; they reject the very notion of truth. Consequently these “Sinisterists,” as I call them, worship the Lie, because it is the antithesis of truth, and they persecute with monstrous violence anyone who professes that truth exists.
This is the salient reason why Sinisterists cannot reason. If truth and God do not exist, then only ephemeral, personal and total selfishness makes sense. There is no “cause” or “movement” or “purpose” beyond the instant satisfaction of whatever godless impulse possesses a Sinisterist at the moment. The proliferation on the map of nations whose prefix is of “Peoples Democratic Republic” but which are precisely the antithesis of what the name proclaims is a macabre testimony to Sinisterism’s idolatrous worship of the Lie. Is it a surprise, in such a Hellish reality, that the torment of those people anchored in faith, in principles, in love and in transcendent truth has become the primary lust of Sinisterism?
Is it a surprise that all Sinisterists everywhere, whether mortal ideological enemies one day (recalling ideology is a sham), unite in their common hatred America, Jews, Americans and Israel? What crime have these two nations and these two peoples committed against the world? No crime at all. Indeed, America, Jews, Americans and Israel have always asked only to be left in peace. China, Islam, Japan, Germany, Mongols, Russia, Britain, France, Aztecs, Incans and countless others have sought total hegemony. America, in 1945, had total hegemony and turned back to live in peace and even protected and rebuilt those nations which sought to destroy us.
This is an infuriating affront to Sinisterists because it is an absolute affirmation that life and Creation are purposeful, that truth exists, and that Providence guides the affairs of the universe. Sinisterists, in the campuses of our universities or in the cafes of Hollywood, in the salons of Paris, the clubs of London, the streets of Damascus, the inter sanctums of Kim Jong Il’s North Auschwitz, or the whole world street sullenly angry at America and quietly hateful toward Jews, cannot stand anyone who takes Torah or Christ as credible, who reads the Declaration of Independence seriously, or who live like normal decent people in cities like Toledo or Tel Aviv.
Ann is right – Ann is always right - Godlessness is the unholy church of Liberalism. But there is an addendum to the truth she tells: Liberalism does not exist. Leftism does not exist. There is only an angry, global mob with nothing in common but hatred of love and contempt for truth – Sinisterists – and us normal people, the victims of their malice, the subjects of their envy, the “eternal Jew” or the “Yankee imperialist” of their tortured consciences and abandoned intellects.
