Maybe the Liberals Will Finally Get It
"Did you ever get the feeling that the truth is less revealing than a downright lie?" - The Rutles

I watched with amazement today a clip from Jon Stewart blasting Obama on SO MANY points. Maybe it is becoming clear.

As much as I dislike giving Rush Limbaugh credit for anything, he made an astounding point today. He said that compared to the lies Obama has told considering healthcare, among other things, Richard Nixon resigned for far, far less of a lie.

First, there was never any evidence whatsoever that Nixon knew anything about the Watergate break-in prior to its happening, no matter what your intellectual friends say. The only bigger lie in this administration was from E. Howard Hunt and John Dean to G. Gordon Liddy, as well as to the whole White House. Liddy found out the hard way.

That bit of history aside, maybe people are finding out what this delusional maniac in the White House is up to. I doubt it. Some people are brainwashed to the point of being faded, like jeans. But the massive "I told you so" that's coming their way will cause huge culture shock at the very least. Well, as the saying goes, "If you tell the big lie often enough....". Goebbels said that. And the German people suffered for it, like Obama's supporters likely will.

Obama can't go on being the Teflon President any longer. But my faith in the American people is limited to the point of microscopy.

Just be there for those who, when it hits them, will need more than a shoulder to cry on. They may need whole bodies.
