Wendy Long on the Obama-Gillibrand "Same-Sex Marriage" Campaign
There really was not a reaasonable doubt that Obama and Gillibrand are Etch-a-Sketch candidates, especially after the proposed HHS Obamacare regulations violating religious liberty and freedom of conscience earlier this year, but, just in case, the two of them just eliminated the doubt.
On May 10, 2012, United States Senate candidate Wendy Long issued the following statement on the efforts of President Obama and her opponent, New York junior U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, to legalize "same-sex marriage" across the United States:
"President Obama has now established that he's as big a flip-flopper as Senator Gillibrand, and it is no wonder: they are both desperate to shift the national spotlight away from their terrible record on jobs, our skyrocketing federal debt, taxes and federal spending.
"Instead of respecting the right of citizens in every state to make the laws they wish regarding marriage, and instead of focusing on the serious economic problems confronting our state and our nation, Kirsten Gillibrand has chosen to focus on a national campaign pledging to, in her words, ‘take this fight all across the country,’ in an effort to impose her own personal social agenda."

Obama's support for "same-sex marriage" goes back to the twentieth century. In 2008 he posed as a supporter of traditional marriage, to be electable. Now he thinks it will help him to return to publicly supporting "same-sex marriage."
Gillibrand is even worse. Obama at least has never claimed to be a Roman Catholic, but Gillibrand claims to be a lifelong Roman Catholic.

Obviously Gillibrand knows that.
Obviously Gillibrand is a phony Catholic and a genuine political opportunist.
Michael J. Gaynor has been practicing law in New York since 1973. A former partner at Fulton, Duncombe & Rowe and Gaynor & Bass, he is a solo practitioner admitted to practice in New York state and federal courts and an Association of the Bar of the City of New York member.

He has written extensively on political and religious issues, notably the Terry Schiavo case, the Duke "no rape" case, ACORN and canon law, and appeared as a guest on television and radio. He was acknowledged in Until Proven Innocent, by Stuart Taylor and KC Johnson, and Culture of Corruption, by Michelle Malkin. He appeared on "Your World With Cavuto" to promote an eBay boycott that he initiated and "The World Over With Raymond Arroyo" (EWTN) to discuss the legal implications of the Schiavo case. On October 22, 2008, Gaynor was the first to report that The New York Times had killed an Obama/ACORN expose on which a Times reporter had been working with ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief.
