Cincinnati, before the flood of southerners hit this town, used to be a rather nice place to live. In the 1950s and 1960s you could just about go anywhere you wanted both day and night without fear or worry of being accosted or even worse, murdered. Things just wasn't that bad.

I remember at age 17, hanging out on Friday night sometimes in the wee hours of the day with friends from the neighborhood, discussing what the future held for each one of us, during the Vietnam War. But certainly not plotting to rob a bank, or burglarize someone's home or apartment. Because again, things were not that bad in the late 1960s.

The problems didn't start until blacks from the south came slowly at first to the city, but after 1970 they started moving in in droves. At the time I liked southern black people. So I thought. I mean my mother and father used to tell us, they knew little about the south, since they were just babies when they came to Cincinnati to escape the harsh racism. My father's family migrated to Chicago and ultimately he to Cincinnati. But they both said for them that Cincinnati had more Germans and German Jews and Anglos then any other ethnic group during their time as children new to the town. But often suggested we socially interact with people of every race or ethnic group, and decide for ourselves if we liked them or not.

Crime when they were growing up, they told us kids, was not that rampant. Oh sure you had your gang fights, but people were different then. You could sit out on your porch nearly all night and no one would bother you.

They are now dead and gone. All that is left of my family are a bunch of sisters and brothers all growing old like myself.

In the early 1970s and 1980s the laws in the state began to change drastically. More southern whites and blacks began to move in and enter politics, locally and statewide. In addition they brought their businesses to Cincinnati also.

Today in 2010, we have a town with a black Mayor, black Vice Mayor, a black city manager, a black state Senator, and a black state congressman. Mostly all the major politicians are black in Cincinnati, and they run the town. This reminds me historically of post-Civil War Reconstruction times I read about in history class. When scalawags, abolitionists, and carpetbaggers, as retribution for southern white slavery, chose to get blacks elected to local positions in government, throughout the south, as revenge for the Civil War. This begs the question, "Do blacks in America govern any better than whites? Or worse? Or can they govern at all?" I'll let the reader decide at the end of this commentary.

For the month of March this year, so far, the number of homicides, among the black and young has been put at 12 and counting, under black governance. That's just in the aforementioned month alone. As far as I can tell, Cleveland's murder rate is about the same. Dayton's as well. The law of causality, that is cause (ex parte legislation) and effect (resulting recusant deviant teenagers), tells me, that the reason for this phenomena, is because of past political decisions made in the statehouse. Due perhaps, to a high percentage of female southern lobbyists, vestrymen, feminists, in addition to others. We can trace it back to the earlier state assemblies and possibly even learn who the drafters were of statutes that prohibited adults from defending themselves against attacks made by teenagers. That is to say, if a man over 21 hit a kid under 18, he could go to jail on a felony charge. If the youth sustained injuries from an assault he could also be liable in a civil suit. However, if the teenager hit an adult, the best the adult could do is to get away from the youth as fast as he could if he didn't want to find himself in trouble with the law.

Such Ohio statutes opened a Pandora's box. Especially in disfavor of the southern black females who moved to Cincinnati from the south in the 1970s and 1980s, and took up residency there. The culture they brought with them, because most were illiterate and single heads-of-households, vouchsafed them a means to manipulate the law in their behalf because of their social circumstances and large numbers, in major inner city communities. With fatherless children, they often were disadvantaged when it came to correct rearing of a child. They often let their teenagers run wild. This neglect, led to trouble for their teenagers and many adults who attempted to morally reprimand them for something the teenager may have done, to them, or some other adult, or attempted to do. For example, orally insult their elders face to face. Maybe even making threats of physical violence, if the adult refused to desist from their reproaches. But this rambunctious behavior on the part of the teenager was closely connected with the one parent, usually the female, living in government housing, on welfare, into drugs, who vied with her children for her own personal happiness, which she considered equally as important as the rearing of her children.

Now with the law in Ohio in their favor, black teenagers for 30 years have gotten away with murder, literally. As well as their poor white counterparts. They have often been involved with violent attacks on adults with little criminal sanction against them, since Ohio law on the contrary protects teenagers from the so-called threat of abuse by adults of any kind.

Currently, in 2010 lawmakers, in Ohio, are just now apprehending what they've done. That is, the unforeseen consequences of such so-called moral law making in the 1970s and 1980s. The Black Southern and Northern Clergy of Cincinnati, held a news conference in an attempt to curb the violence several days ago. What a joke. What a downright joke. They are 30 years to late for such thoughtlessness. Murder is in the blood of many of these underclass, who are both black and white, male and female, mainly the youth, but some middle-aged too. It's a bit to late for all this, what's-happened-to-our-city-attitude. The dog-eat-dog days have nestled down in Cincinnati for a long stay. In a way I am glad. I have been a victim of such arbitrary laws more than once. And for years I have warned of the ramifications of such state statutes, and nobody listened to me. In fact, they ignored me altogether, as if, I were some sort of alien from outer space.

Let me state bluntly, crime will continue to increase among the youth. This is not some off-the-wall prediction being made. It is a well calculated promise I pose, from cause and effect. If any real black philosopher, and there aren't many in Cincinnati I'm sorry to say, would just put the factors and facts together they would arrive at the same conclusions I have. What is incredulous, is city council would rather put more police on the streets, than allow the citizenry to arm themselves.

Open your eyes ye of little wisdom and foresight. Crime does not have to happen on the streets. It can happen in the home, the apartment, a warehouse, practically anywhere, other than on the streets. A teenager can murder an adult in his or her home, ransack the place, then calmly leave. How easy can burglary and murder get? And all these black wise men calling themselves men of God, they should worry more. Because they too, are capable of becoming a victim to bloodthirsty teenage predators, who now use the law to commit homicide, or murder in the first degree. No thanks to these aforementioned pious black men, who lobbied in the 1970s and 1980s for laws to protect the innocent black teenagers.

I particularly love this town for its nescience. The philosophy of the black man. His dying love of sports. His belief that a man ain't a man unless he extolled basketball, baseball, and football. Like the Catholics, he encourages black kids to immerse themselves in the custom, for it will set them free. "I thought that was what the truth was supposed to do." In a word, all that I have been victim to, and of, as a consequence, will now devourer its creators. God has answered my prayers. From behind locked doors, I shall make it an obligation to root for the twisted minds of the youth, manufactured by our good legislators of this fine city of Cincinnati, whose political philosophy has helped pronounce our death sentence.

It should be pointed out with all diligence before I bring this commentary to an end, that by the time a teenager is sixteen, he or she is likely to be a drunk, dope-head or dope-dealer, liar, professional burglar, and troublemaker. Not just of the black underclass, but the white, Jewish, Hispanic, and most other minority underclasses, throughout this nation. And many can be classed as veteran gun-toters too.

Finally, once in the past I was assaulted by a group of young white thugs. Before the attack took place one of the teenagers said to me with hubris, "If you hit me you'll go to jail. Know why? Because I am only seventeen." “The youth certainly knew how to construe Ohio statutes,” I must say. A few minutes later the assault on my person took place. I resisted from using my fist to defend myself. In effect, because of such ex parte laws in Ohio for the past thirty are so years, teenagers no longer fear the law or law enforcers. And certainly not the citizenry.

So Black Clerics think God is going to hear their sorry prayers, and stop the violence. "What jokers! What jokers!" And as a proposition, I would bet most of them own a .45 automatic, and keep it hidden under his mattress. They probably live by the every-man-for-himself, God-for-us-all doctrine in reality, now that they, and their poor white counterparts have messed up the minds of the youth, with arbitrary laws, that has caused an unending backlash in civil stability for the entire state.
