Yes there is no LEGAL case against her as per the definition above. But she is hoping people will think she is speaking about this definition of case -
: a set of circumstances or conditions
: a situation requiring investigation or action (as by the police) (2) : the object of investigation or consideration. Clearly she would be lying, if that is the definition.
