You can't have your cake Not Same sex, Nazi, Atheist, Devil worship nor government can force anyone to produce something
The cake controversy is rather simple to Solve. Discrimination is only on selling. No one can be forced to produce.
In the name of non-discrimination does a Jew have the right to compel a non kosher bakery to bake a kosher cake? Sorry no lard or mixing meat products and milk.. no rennet in your cheese etc. Or can a Muslim compel producing a Hallal cake? How about a Nazi or white supremacist compel a bakery to bake a cake using the blood of a Jew or an african-American. How about a lamp maker to make a lamp from the Skin of a Jewish Baby or a black baby that they murdered? How about compelling a Men's shoe maker to make women's shoes?
No Way. right?
Why?
You can't force anyone to produce anything. Otherwise everyone would have to produce everything in the name of non-discrimination. That is insane.
This bakery bakes cakes for religious weddings between a man and a woman. You can not force them to bake cakes for any other type of wedding. You can only compel them to sell an already baked cake.
