The 10 Restrictive Amendments to the Constitution are the Bill of Constraints NOT the Bill of Rights Plus the simple solution to Government Corruption...Eliminate ALL campaigns and spending of any money.
It saddens me that most people have no idea of the founding principles of the USA nor the constitution. Our rights are an unalienable grant from Nature and Natures God. The constitution does NOT confer rights it Protects the rights that all people already intrinsically have. There is no such thing as a right granted by the constitution or the Supreme Court. There is only protection from the government interfering with the intrinsic Rights of the People.
This is the text from the preamble to the proposed RESTRICTIVE amendments. Whomever called these the Bill of rights has confused generation of Americans. Perhaps the English "bill of rights" influenced the name. However there is a great difference between the two. The English Bill granted rights from the government to the people. The American Bill Protected the already given rights of the people from the government. It was specifically called Restrictive clauses. Not the granting of rights. All Democrats latch on to the name to falsely claim our rights come from government not Nature and Nature's God.
"THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution."
What makes government corruption dangerous is the power that lots of money coming from Donations to campaigns and Political parties allow. The people do not need campaigns that only the politicians benefit From. Campaigns convey no real information other than Mud slinging which divide us and make Politicians rich. The people can find out about their candidates from 3 debates or town halls and a web site.
The Simple solution is to cut off all the money to campaigns and the Political parties so they die from lack of sustenance. Among other benefits, this will end Bribery, Corrupting Favors to donors, Left over funds enriching the candidates and Lobbying for favors based on donations .
