Hillary, Prison, The Federal Plantation and the Urgency to Elect Outsiders

It is important not to overlook that recipients of Hillary's classified email are wide open to prosecution for failure to report her breach of security. Those recipients are, therefore, just as vulnerable to prosecution as is Hillary, being accessories to any crimes that trace to her illegal actions. The FBI can (and should) vigorously use that fact to offer immunity or reduced sentences in exchange for full disclosure from recipient of Hillary's email.

I understand "Hillary for Prison — 2016" signs are doing well.

What many pundits ignore is that it is entirely irrelevant to her guilt whether Hillary had classified documents on her server. That fact only compounds the illegality and makes the penalties much worse. What is being overlooked by too many is that it is a severe violation of federal law for Hillary to have used her own private email server to conduct government business. Among the reasons why is the requirement for accountability and openness of public documents needed to satisfy Freedom of Information requirements. So on that admitted point alone, Hillary should do prison time. That crime is not a mere misdemeanor when it was committed willfully and continually during her stint as Secretary of State.

Not only did Hillary have classified documents, her personal server housed the highest level of classified documents, a very tightly controlled class of compartmented Top Secret documents (yes, that’s plural). Regardless of their markings, Hillary cannot possibly claim she was unaware of the nature of those documents, given their highly restricted nature and the controls used when granting access to such information. That they were referenced and used in her email messages is a clear breach of security of the very worst kind.

Was Hillary so poorly-informed or full of hubris that she could use such material illegally and then compound the violation by emailing all or portions of such classified information from her private server while not having any inkling that foreign agents might be hacking into her server, creating a massive breach of security and possibly jeopardizing lives? What did those behind the Benghazi attacks know based on what foreign agents may have retrieved from Hillary's server? If a connection can be made, Hillary's crimes could easily extend to murder on that basis alone.

It is important not to overlook that recipients of her classified email are wide open to prosecution for failure to report her breach of security.

On another angle, what did Bill know and when did he know it? How deeply does this security breach and federal law violation run in the family?

Bill is certainly in an awkward position quite different from those that led to his impeachment. On the one hand, if Hillary is elected (rapidly diminishing prospects, despite inflated poll numbers by “the usual suspects”) Bill gets back into the White House (oh, those lovely interns!). On the other, if Hillary goes to jail, Bill can enjoy his indiscretions at will in any of their properties… no need to worry about where or when Hillary might show up.

If the voters in this nation are so completely fouled up that they could elect Hillary President, then maybe its time to reconsider what to do about the rapid decline of our nation as it's President, Congress and Supreme Court shed any pretense of adhering to the supreme law of our land, our Constitution.

It is interesting to note that those behind the "Black Lives Matter" seem to care not one whit that Mr. Brown would be alive and well today if his FAMILY, his FRIENDS, and his COMMUNITY had not let him grow up to be a thug noted for his illegal actions and brazen challenge to legitimate authority.

It all begins at home and so long as poverty is accepted as an excuse for all nature of heinous crime, then tragedies will continue to occur.

At the root of the current rapid cultural decline of the US is the Leftist Democrat Party that has, for the past 100 years or so, been systematically rotting the foundation of our Constitutional Republic, beginning with that most racist of American Presidents, Woodrow Wilson (Democrat) who was so racist, he desegregated the US military, refused to shake the hand of any Black American, and set into motion the big lie that "States Rights" (the Constitutional requirement that States are supreme to the federal government except as specifically enumerated in our Constitution -- Article I, Section 8) was something concocted to support slavery and is no longer legitimate. In this regard, it is worth a few moments to brush up on the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Progressive/Leftist damage to our Constitution was furthered by FDR when he short-circuited the economic recovery that was well under way when he was first elected (never let a crisis go without taking advantage is an old Democrat approach). FDR created the seeds of the entitlement mentality and the current welfare state with his social programs that were supposed to save the nation from the depression that was, at that point, already a thing of the past. FDR's programs actually made things worse and it was only entry into WWII that laid the groundwork for a recovery from the new recession that FDR's policies had created. But the Big Lie that Big Government can solve problems was born and the Federal Plantation was created.

The Federal Plantation that has been enslaving dependents ever since was bolstered by LBJ's "Great Society" fiasco that has done nothing to eliminate poverty but did, as LBJ let it be known to Democrat Party hacks that his plan would put those (N-word)s solidly in the Democrat Party "for the next 200 years." For Democrat Party insiders, it's become all about "the end justifies the means" to acquire political power and destroy our Constitutional Republic in order to secure that power.

As the entitlement culture has expanded, it has enslaved more and more people who unwittingly allow their power to be lost to federal mandates, rules and regulations (for their own good, of course) in exchange for a cut of the largesse being dispensed.

But no authority exists under our Constitution for the federal government to "mandate" participation of the people in any social program. None!

Mandatory Social Security participation is, therefore, not only a Ponzi scheme, it is beyond the authority granted the federal government by our Constitution. Mandatory Medicare participation is also unconstitutional for the same reason. And certainly mandatory Obamacare (unaffordable Affordable Care Act) participation is just as unconstitutional. Read the empowerment clause cited above (Article I, Section 8) and you will find no constitutional authority for those programs. Neither will you find authority for taxing the people for the purpose of operating a federal welfare program (unemployment, food stamps, etc.).

The ultimate design of Progressives for the past 100 years has been the "stealth" replacement of our Constitutional Republic with a Federal Despotism. Having successfully entrenched themselves in both major political parties, Progressives are not about to be stopped now. The more radical elements populate the Democrat Party. The more moderate Progressive elements (often masquerading as "conservative" at election time) are entrenched as the Republican Establishment (which explains why they target Tea Party candidates before they'll target Democrats).

Having obtained sufficient "useful idiots" to perpetuate their enslavement of the People on the Federal Plantation, Progressives are not about to allow their control to slip away.

Ironic that the greatest constituency of the Progressive Democrat Party are the very people whose ancestors suffered the most from bondage in slavery. Willingly, Black Americans support the Progressive Democrat Party, responsible for creating the Ku Klux Klan, Planned Parenthood (designed by the ardent racist, Margaret Sanger, to abort Black babies), and responsible for creating the welfare/entitlement culture that has destroyed every urban enclave of Black Americans and their strong culture of family life and faith, just as Democrat LBJ had planned.

Isn't it time for Black Americans to take note of who treats them as second-class citizens and stop empowering those who work against their best interests?

Our nation's future is at great risk should the GOP establishment succeed in nominating one of their pseudo-conservative candidates (basically anyone other than Fiorina, Carson, Cruz, and Trump). Frankly, Fiorina and Carson appear to be the only two who both recognize the massive change that is needed (and needed fast) and have the wide constituencies (women and Black Americans) they are in a great position to persuade. And they are the only ones with the temperament and skills (quick, intelligent, articulate, and possessing humor) to communicate the urgency of needed changes to the People (as did Reagan, though the political crisis in this nation was not nearly so bad then).

Donald Trump would be most useful (and powerful) as a key senior adviser to a President Fiorina or Carson. Besides, Trump is someone who knows how to get a job done and then get on with life, so he would be ideal to put in charge of cleaning up the mess in Washington and then get back to what he loves best, running his companies.

Cruz could best serve by staying in the Senate and become Senate Majority Leader to help the new administration secure passage of necessary legislation. At the first opportunity, Cruz should seek the governorship of Texas so that he acquires some executive experience.

Can enough constitutionalists be elected to Congress to reverse unconstitutional federal excesses that are consuming us and enslaving so many on the Federal Plantation?

We know one thing for certain — that without one of the four “outsiders” noted above leading our country away from the Leftist/Progressive abyss, this country will only slip further into the abyss, regardless of Congress' makeup.

Biography - Bob Webster

Author of "Looking Out the Window", an evidence-based examination of the "climate change" issue, Bob Webster, is a 12th-generation descendent of both the Darte family (Connecticut, 1630s) and the Webster family (Massachusetts, 1630s). He is a descendant of Daniel Webster's father, Revolutionary War patriot Ebenezer Webster, who served with General Washington. Bob has always had a strong interest in early American history, our Constitution, U.S. politics, and law. Politically he is a constitutional republican with objectivist and libertarian roots. He has faith in the ultimate triumph of truth and reason over deception and emotion. He is a strong believer in our Constitution as written and views the abandonment of constitutional restraint by the regressive Progressive movement as a great danger to our Republic. His favorite novel is Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and believes it should be required reading for all high school students so they can appreciate the cost of tolerating the growth of unconstitutional crushingly powerful central government. He strongly believes, as our Constitution enshrines, that the interests of the individual should be held superior to the interests of the state.

A lifelong interest in meteorology and climatology spurred his strong interest in science. Bob earned his degree in Mathematics at Virginia Tech, graduating in 1964.
